This makes Procurement one of the biggest strategic levers for profitability, yet it remains underutilized, especially in manufacturing SMEs.
- Procurement is becoming more strategic and central to companies. We're seeing signals of this trend: salary increases for procurement professionals, IT companies scouting for procurement solutions, and consulting firms fully booked with procurement projects.
The Role: Senior Account Executive 🚀
As a Senior Account Executive at Compri you’ll be our sales trailblazer.
You will own the entire sales cycle, from building a high‑quality pipeline to closing large enterprise deals, ensuring that procurement leaders understand how Compri’s Agentic Operating System can transform their Procurement.
Beyond closing new business, you’ll act as a mentor and reference point for our sales team, sharing best practices and helping less experienced colleagues grow into top performers.
This is a hands-on sales role with the opportunity to grow into a sales leadership position as we scale.
What you’ll do in the role 🧠💥
- Own the full sales cycle: lead discovery calls, demos, proposals and negotiations to close mid‑market and enterprise contracts.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through a mix of inbound and outbound activities, working closely with our Founders and Sales Team.
- Engage with senior decision‑makers (procurement leaders, CFOs, CEOs) and clearly articulate how Compri delivers measurable value.
- Lead complex negotiations and tailor proposals to each prospect’s needs, collaborating with legal and finance teams when required.
- Feed insights back into the business: capture market feedback and share it with product and leadership teams to refine our value proposition and sales playbook.
- Coach and mentor fellow members of the sales team, helping them refine their outreach, discovery and closing techniques.
- Represent Compri externally at events, webinars and partner meetings to raise awareness and generate demand.
