Procurement teams are responsible for sourcing products and services in any company, managing trillion euros every year, yet still relying on emails and spreadsheets. We're here to change that by providing them with the tech stack they deserve, the same way Sales has Salesforce and HR has Workday.

Why we founded compri?

• Products are becoming more complex, and supply chains are now global and highly interconnected. For industrial companies, the Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) can account for 50–70% of their revenue. This makes Procurement one of the biggest strategic levers for profitability, yet it remains underutilized, especially in manufacturing SMEs.
• Procurement is becoming more strategic and central to companies. We're seeing signals of this trend: salary increases for procurement professionals, IT companies scouting for procurement solutions, and consulting firms fully booked with procurement projects.

We are currently a tight-knit team of highly selected individuals, continuously growing. As part of our mission, we are looking for our first dedicated DevOps Engineer to build the infrastructure that will scale to millions of users.

The Role: Growth Lead 🚀

As Growth Lead at Compri you will be the architect and driver of all growth and marketing efforts. Your mission is to position Compri as the go‑to procurement voice for manufacturing companies in Italy and across Europe, while supporting in generating a steady pipeline of inbound opportunities.

Drawing on multi‑channel expertise, from social media and content creation to paid advertising, partnerships and events, you will craft compelling narratives and run campaigns that make Compri’s brand impossible to ignore.

This is a hands-on role: beyond shaping strategy, you’ll roll up your sleeves to execute - whether that means drafting LinkedIn posts, planning and hosting events, writing our newsletter, or testing new channels. While we’ll invest in tools and external support where it makes sense, we’re looking for someone who is excited to build momentum directly, not just coordinate agencies.

What you’ll do in the role 🧠💡

This is both a strategic and hands‑on role: you’ll develop our growth strategy, execute experiments, manage budgets and coordinate freelancers or agencies as needed. Your end goal is to build awareness, drive inbound demand and sustain our brand’s momentum.

• Design and execute the growth strategy across multiple channels. You will plan and run campaigns spanning social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM, paid ads and offline events to drive awareness and pipeline.
• Build Compri’s brand and content engine. Content creation is central to growth . You will define our brand voice, craft and oversee the production of podcasts, blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, social posts and case studies, ensuring a consistent and distinctive presence.
• Launch innovative campaigns and partnerships. Collaborate with press, partners and influencers to generate buzz through PR, paid media and joint initiatives. Identify out‑of‑the‑box opportunities to position Compri as the procurement and AI leader for manufacturing.
• Manage budget and resources. Allocate marketing spend effectively, working with freelancers or agencies when specialized support is needed. We expect you not only to lead strategies but also manage budget costs.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally. Work closely with sales, product and leadership to align growth initiatives with our pipeline targets and product roadmap.
